Sorry to hear about your situation.
And 'because I am', I'm going to tell you the following: You draw good art, but you're a horrible salesman. An "Im opet for comms btw @_@" in the footnote of an _"E"_ rated News Post does _not_ reach your target audience very well/at all.
It's best to have a big, dedicated News Post with illustrated examples of what costs how much, which money transfer-services you accept, what your dos and don'ts are... Stuff like that. Also: Use tags for said post.
(For inspiration you should search for 'Commissions Open'-News Posts made by your peers.)
Then you can link it from your profile, so the information doesn't get buried by future News Posts.
